We shall not be responsible for delays due to customs clearance or other formalities or for incomplete payment transaction or any other unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances etc.

Free Shipping Once your item has been processed & dispatched it is usually delivered within fifteen (15) days for ready to wear, and forty-five (45) days for bridal and couture wear from date following the placement of Order and credit of the sale proceeds into our Bank Account.

However some items, e.g., which are made to order & are manufactured based on your measurements, will possibly take a longer time for shipment. In case you have questions regarding the shipment time please email us at eboutique@monishajaising.com.

3. CHANGE YOUR SIGN-IN INFORMATION

In the event you place multiple orders with different dispatch dates, all the products will be shipped as one shipment, once all products in your order are ready.
However, if you wish to receive some products earlier, please email us at eboutique@monishajaising.com with your order number, we shall endeavor to assist you as best as possible.

4. ADD/REMOVE CREDIT CARD

We will strive our best to dispatch the product and endeavor to deliver the product to you within the estimated delivery time. If you’ve been waiting longer than you should have and you haven’t heard from us, please feel free to email us at eboutique@monishajaising.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

5. ADD/REMOVE ADDRESS

We don’t have a return or exchange policy for purchases made at the Monisha Jaising Stores or at www.monishajaising.com.

However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) we will expect you to return the products to us in original condition for us to send you the products as per your order. The shipping charges will be borne by us in this case.

International exchanges will incur a shipping charge, which is automatically charged to the mode of payment used in the original transaction. The shipping method for exchanges will be the same method selected on the original order.

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole right and discretion to provide an appropriate resolution to any situation, as we may deem fit.

No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.

Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned at any of the Monisha Jaising Stores.
We do not return or exchange gift certificates. No exchange or returns are permitted on discounted merchandise.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Order Processing And Cancellation
Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 7:00pm US CT (Central Time) will begin processing on the following Monday. Monisha Jaising Team will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.

Refunds are issued for missed guaranteed shipments and will be processed by Monisha Jaising Team within 7 business days. Please allow your financial institution an additional 7 to 10 business days to post to your account.

Please note: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

1. INVENTORY AVAILABILITY

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on Monisha Jaising Team, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as in your shipping confirmation.

Because of the contracts and relationships we have with our vendors, the merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only, not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.

2. PAYMENT METHODS

Monisha Jaising Team accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, UnionPay and Alipay.

3. PRICE ADJUSTMENTS & MATCHING

Price Adjustments
If previously purchased merchandise is marked down within seven (7) days of the original order date, Monisha Jaising Team will adjust the price of an item, once.

• Please include your original order number with your request.
• Eligible refunds will be applied to your original form of payment.

Price Matching

At the time of purchase, Monisha Jaising Team will match other online retailers’ advertised prices. Our policy requires:
• Price match must be on merchandise of identical style and color.
• The merchandise must be first quality.
• The other retailer's promotions must be visible on their site for verification.
• The other retailer's website must be an authorized distributor of the brand.
• The other retailer's prices must be published in U.S. dollars
• Monisha Jaising Team does not consider websites which operate as an auction, discounter or liquidator as competitors and therefore will not match prices of these retailers.
• During Monisha Jaising Team promotions, items can be discounted through either a price match or a Monisha Jaising Team promotion, but not a combination of both.

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment. This will be followed by another e-mail once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping.

In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information from you.

You will receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order.

7. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

You may cancel an order within 24 (twenty four) hours after placing it by emailing at eboutique@monishajaising.com . No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances (i.e. National Holiday). Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of www.monishajaising.com.

A cancelled order will result in a credit to the user’s credit card/ bank account. Refunds will be processed in a form of credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.

Your refund will be credited as store credit to your Monisha Jaising Account.

Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Monisha Jaising. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs agent/consultant if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise. Monisha Jaising shall in no way be concerned or liable or responsible whatsoever with any such effort, or exercise.

(For cancelled orders refunds will be effected within 72 hours of placing the order. No refunds will be given if a client wishes to return a garment bought. That can only be given as store credit).

8. ALTERATIONS

All alterations have a minimum lead-time of 15-21 days depending on the extent of alteration required.

We take 6 (six) days to confirm the alteration after receiving a request. An alteration request is considered confirmed only when www.monishajaising.com approves it, at its sole discretion.

9. WHOLESALE ENQUIRIES & ORDERS

REFUSED SHIPMENTS:

If you refuse a shipment from Monisha Jaising, for which you have placed an order, you are fully liable and responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, taxes, duties, handling, etc. that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the same to Monisha Jaising. All such amounts will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

INSURANCE:

Monisha Jaising will insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.
We require your signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your goods purchased passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purpose (for example as a gift) then you accept as evidence their signature (or at that particular delivery address given by you) as evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Monisha Jaising and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
